I recently had a chance to talk to Lisa about the following:
- How she transitioned from working in the corporate world to running her own yoga studio for the past 20 years
- How she managed financial, spiritual, and psychological challenges of running a yoga studio
- The type of energy that 2025 will bring and practices you can integrate into your life to respond to that energy
- Daily routines to create more health, happiness, and spiritual connection in your life, especially if you are an empath and/or highly sensitive person
- The yoga of money, relationships, and business and creating abundance and prosperity while living in integrity
Lisa is also offering “The Artist’s Way” 12-Month process:
A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity, “The Artist’s Way” 12-Month Process uses the book “The Artist’s Way” written by Julia Cameron and the method outlined in the book as a way for creative recovery. In their meet-up group they will focus on a chapter of the book each month and include a meditation or movement practice to awaken and uplift the spirit. Lisa and other facilitators will hold you accountable for doing your morning pages and weekly artist dates. Together they will do the assignments listed in each chapter. They may also include meditation, yoga and other creative exercises. This is the process Lisa engaged in before opening Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Studio and she is excited to share it with you. The group process will provide support for discovering what is your bliss and what lights your heart up, what is your purpose, how to get out of your own way, manage the artistic roadblocks. Heal and move forward in creative recovery.
It is not just for artists, but for anyone seeking to grow personally, professionally, or spiritually, including business owners, writers, filmmakers, or any spiritual seeker.
Meetings are usually the last Sunday of each month from 2:30 to 4:00 PM starting January 26 and ending December 14.
You can participate in person or via Zoom from anywhere in the world!
